Grapes that have been packed according to export protocols are received and palletised for export. Palletising is done stricktly according to the requirements of the exporter. The work is done by trained staff. Additionally, operations and products are montored and inspected. Results of final product verification are recorded and everyt consignment is signed off by an assessor from the Perishable Products Export control Board (PPECB). Fruit is then ready for cooling.
